Push and Pull Principle – BJJ – Grappling – MMA

In this video we look at something called the push and pull principle. This concept is something you want to get used to fairly quickly as it will help create many setups.

– Push: If you push someone they will eventually push back great for bringing someone forward

– Pull: If you pull someone they will eventually pull back great for creating space
