In this video we are looking at controlling the turtle position/wrestlers ride position for grappling and MMA.

The key to the control of the position.

– Hip to hip leaning weight
– Crotch pry hand in place
– Keeping yourself back
– Controlling the near elbow using a C-grip

The C-grip control will help you avoid them ducking out the back door on you. A simple tip that will make a big difference on the control of the position.
