12 Gauge MMA Moving
As of the 15th August all 12 Gauge MMA sessions will be moving to its new full time facility located a 2 minute drive from our current location. The new unit will house a 1,100 sqft matted area with padded walls, a 6 bag station, cage walls, changing rooms and it will be home to the brand new Cage Side Clothing store.
Exciting times for the club!! The timetable will stay the same to aid with a smooth transition from the current location. Over the next few months we will see the addition of many more sessions making us a complete martial arts facility.

Another Win!
Ian "Buckshot" Buckley represented at Fight Ikon 8 on 10th July in Bolton by securing a first round win over a tough opponent in Kostadin Toychev. Ian secured victory via an impressive armbar at 2.31 of round 1 taking him to 3-0-0.
Two 12 Gauge Warriors Hands Raised
Simon Home and Lee Perkins stepped in the cage on 3rd July at Way of the Warriors 2 in Batley, Yorkshire. Both 12 Gauge MMA competition team members came away with the victory. Simon Home took the win via triangle choke in the 1st round and Lee Perkins won a dominating decision after 3 rounds of action.
Congratulations to both team members on an awesome display!!
80% Win Rate Since Opening
Since 12 Gauge MMA was first opened the competition team have amassed an 80% win rate. So far during 2011 they have managed a win rate of 83%, pretty good for such a young club. The team is growing from strength to strength and getting bigger every day, keep your eyes peeled for bigger and better things for the highly successful competition team.
