WRESTLING

The wrestling for MMA sessions have been developed to help build a strong wrestling base for MMA. They concentrate specifically on takedown and takedown defence so that you build a strong all around MMA game. They are coached by top class wrestler Scott Gregory.

 

The wrestling for MMA sessions run for 1 hr and are usually broken down into a short warmup, techniques and sparring. All sparring is supervised by the experienced 12 Gauge MMA coaches.

 

The wrestling for MMA sessions run on a Thursday evening 8-9pm.
