NOVICE MMA SESSIONS
The novice MMA sessions are the next step on the ladder after completing the fundamentals course. These sessions use a carefully thought out syllabus designed to cover all the basics and develop on the solid foundations already learnt. Each session aims to build your knowledge at a steady rate so that as a martial artist you are always making improvements.
The novice MMA sessions run for 1 hour and are usually broken down into a warmup (15 mins), technique/drills (30 mins) and sparring/rolling (15 mins). You will be introduced to the sparring at a slow and careful pace in order to build your confidence within this area. All sparring is supervised by one or more of 12 Gauge MMAs highly skilled coaches.
The novice MMA sessions run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings every week from 7-8 pm.
