MIXED MMA
The mixed level MMA sessions follow a syllabus designed to help all students develop new techniques and skills in all areas of MMA. These sessions are created to encourage interaction between all student levels, to help each students development. They are the perfect session to help ease yourself into the advanced MMA sessions and give you confidence working with the more advanced students.
The mixed level MMA sessions run for 1 hour and are usually broken down into warmup (15 mins), technique/drilling (30 mins) and sparring (15 mins). All sparring is supervised by one or more of 12 Gauge MMA s highly skilled coaches.
The mixed level MMA sessions run on Sunday mornings 11.45-12.45 pm (most students attend the MMA circuit class on the Sunday morning before this session).
