ADVANCED MMA SESSIONS

The advanced MMA sessions are designed to cover every aspect of MMA in detail and aim to develop you as a complete MMA practitioner. Each session covers different ideas and concepts that will help take you as a martial artist to the goals you are aiming for. Here you will find your fitness, strength and stamina are also developed with the advanced warmups and circuits used. These sessions will develop you into a true mixed martial artist.

The advanced MMA sessions are also where you will find the 12 Gauge MMA competition team training. If you wish to compete these are the sessions you will be aiming to participate in. The sessions run for 1 hour 30 mins and are usually broken down into warmup/circuits (30 mins), technique/drills (30 mins) and sparring (30 mins). The sparring in these sessions will be developed so that you can use all techniques learnt under pressure.  You will also find the opportunity to spar with the coaches in these sessions to help develop your game.

The advanced MMA sessions run on a Monday and Wednesday evenings every week 8-9.30 pm.
